Yes. All subscription tiers fall under the GSA micro-purchase threshold ($15,000/year). Annual costs range from $119.88 (Single Agent) to $1,788 (Full Send), well under the threshold for Government Purchase Card use.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use Supabase with Row Level Security, bcrypt password hashing, and optional TOTP-based MFA.
Not currently. The platform runs on commercial cloud infrastructure (AWS). We follow NIST 800-53 controls as a baseline but do not hold FedRAMP authorization.
